b Check the knife and sliders for wear or damage. See “Bifold knife

a Remove the right cover.
b Test the motor (bifold knife).
Enter the Diagnostics menu, and then navigate to:
Motor Tests > Booklet Maker Motor Tests > Center fold knife
c Check if the knife and gears are properly moving.
Are they properly moving?

a Reseat the cable on the motor.
b Make sure that the motor is properly installed.
c Check the motor and cable for damage, and replace if necessary. See
