Incoming (from STSX) EC1 LOP (loss of pointer)
Incoming (from STSX) EC1 LOS (loss of signal)
Incoming (from STSX) EC1 SD (signal degrade)
Incoming OC3 AIS (alarm indication signal)
Incoming OC12 AIS (alarm indication signal)
