Example 20 - CONFIGURATION-Retrieve-Map-Ring 11
Releases 4.1 and Later
This report shows the current ring topology (ring is complete) and reports on the
communication status to each node (DCC communication failed at Delta-4). The
topmost entry is the node where the report is requested (local node), followed by
all remaining nodes in a west-to-east direction. The last text line shows Delta-1 as
the local node (where the report is requested). The two other nodes connected to
the local node include the West node (Delta-4) and the East node (Delta-2). When
data is unavailable, a "?" appears in the appropriate column of the report.
The fields of the report are described below:
NID - For Releases 4.1 and 5 only. Shows the self-healing ring
address (node identifier), 0 through 15.
TID - Shows the target identifier assigned to the node (up to 20
characters).
System
Identifier
- Shows part of the factory-provisioned character string of the
network services access point (NSAP). The NSAP resides in
the SYSCTL circuit pack.
DSNE - Shows if this network element is serving as the directory
service network element (DSNE).
