The FT-2000 OC-48 Add/Drop-Rings Terminal supports the following
combinations of low-speed interfaces concurrently between nodes in a network:
■ Three DS3 or EC-1 signals at one end (or from various nodes) and one
OC-3 signal at the other end
■ Three DS3 signals at one end (or from various nodes) and three EC-1
signals at the other end (or at various nodes)
■ Four OC-3s at one end and one OC-12 at the other end
■ One OC-3 at one end and one IS-3 at the other end
