17. Reconnect all DS3, EC1, OC3, IS3 and/or OC12
connections (recorded and removed in Step 2) at the
DSX-3, STSX-1, and/or

cross-connect panel or

19. The FT-2000 terminal has passed the acceptance
tests. After testing all of the FT-2000 terminals
