Example 23 - CONFIGURATION-Retrieve-OC3 11

The above report shows the provisioning information and attributes of an OC3
slot. It provides information on the severity of the alarm implied by the failure of
the OC3 slot, the signal degrade threshold, and the memory administrative state.
Port Addr - Shows a specific low speed interface slot (physical) address.
Alarm Level
Near End
- Shows the provisioned alarm level for incoming OC-3 signal
conditions. Possible values: (CR, MJ, MN, NA, NR, NO).
Alarm Level
Far End
- Shows the provisioned alarm level for incoming conditions from the
NE. Possible values: (CR, MJ, MN, NA, NR).
SD Thr - Shows the provisioned signal degrade threshold value (-5, -6, -7,
-8, -9) to base 10 of the bit error rate.
Output AU4
Map
- Shows the provisioned AU4 mapping of either SONET or
synchronous digital hierarchical (SDH).
Wave-Lngth - Shows the optical wavelength of "1310".
Provisioned-
Mode
- Shows the provisioned protection switching mode (1+1 or 0x1) in
the "from OC48" direction and the "from OC3" direction.
Operating-
Mode
- Shows the actual operating protection switching mode (1+1 or 0x1)
in the "from OC48" direction and the "from OC3" direction.
Payload- - Shows the signal type (-3 or -3C) being forwarded through the OC3
circuit pack in the "from OC48" direction and the "from OC3"
direction.
Port State - Shows the memory administrative state in the "from OC3" direction.
