The Low-Speed Shelf — System Controller (Figure 3-3) consists of a fully
connectorized interconnection panel, a USER PANEL, and 25 circuit pack slots. It
measures 21.5 inches high by 21.5 inches wide by 12 inches deep and fits in a
standard 23-inch wide seismic network bay framework.
