Example 45 - CONFIGURATION-Retrieve-Squelch Map-STS1 11

The above report shows the STS-1 level squelch map that exists in the FT-2000
add/drop-rings terminal. Examples of cross-connections and additional
information are provided in Volume I, Section 8.
Source/
Destination
- Shows the target identifier (TID) and may be either the
source node or the destination node. A flag (* or a
blank) is added to the TID to indicate a legal
combination (TID/NID) in the DIB.
NID - Shows the node ID from 0 to 15 of the squelch map.
West - Shows the STS-1 tributary address for a valid entry and
shows the STS-3 tributary address for a null (no) entry.
East - Shows the STS-1 tributary address for a valid entry and
shows the STS-3 tributary address for a null (no) entry.
