User Panel 6
The user panel is a factory-installed unit mounted next to the right-hand flange on
the Low Speed Shelf - System Controller, the Repeater Shelf - System Controller,
and the FT-2000 OC-48 Repeater Shelf. Figure 6-2 and Figure 6-3 shows the
user panel on the Low Speed Shelf - System Controller and the Repeater Shelf -
System Controller. Figure 6-4 shows the user panel on the FT-2000 OC-48
Repeater Shelf. The user panel provides −48 V power filters, an electrostatic
discharge jack, and local system-level information.
