Clear ‘Ring Startup in Progress’
NOTE:
This condition is normally a transient condition.
1. Wait 5 minutes or until the NE ACTY LED on the user panel goes off.
2. At the CIT, select FAULT-Retrieve-Alarms to obtain an Active Alarms and
Status Report.
3. Has the ring startup in progress condition cleared?
If YES, then STOP! YOU HAVE COMPLETED THIS PROCEDURE.
If NO, then go to TAP-108 to clear the unexpected response.
