pack slots must be in the EQ state for these trouble conditions to be reported.

■ incoming (from OC-48) DS3 AIS
■ incoming (from OC-48) DS3 LOF
■ inc.(from OC48) path RFI/yellow
■ incoming (from OC-48) path AIS
■ incoming (from OC-48) STS LOP
EC-1 low-speed ports
in the drop direction must be in the IS state, and the circuit

reported.
