Releases 3 and 4.0
The above reports show the current values of the parameters used in addressing
the ring nodes. The first report shows a complete/close ring and the second
report shows an incomplete/open ring. The topmost entry is the node where the
report is requested followed by all remaining nodes in a west-to-east direction.
When data is unavailable, a "?" appears in the appropriate column of the report.
The fields of the report are described below:
NID - Shows the node identifier, 0 through 15.
TID - Shows the target identifier assigned to a node.
NSAP - Shows the factory-provisioned character string of the network services
access point. The NSAP resides in the SYSCTL circuit pack.

- Shows either good or FAIL for the data communications channel (DCC)
between the local network element and a remote network element.
