NOTE:
If the primary node in one ring is connected to the secondary node in the
other ring, the DRI-provisioned circuit will be protected against a failure of
the low-speed cross-connected circuit. However, the DRI-provisioned
circuit may not be protected if one of the DRI-provisioned nodes becomes
isolated from the ring (for example, node power failure or open fibers on
both sides).
