The report shows the current performance-monitoring threshold crossing alert
(TCA) values for the OC-48 lines. This report is not available at the repeater site.
Address - Shows the specific OC-48 line.
Bin - Shows the quarter-hour (QH) and day bins.

Report
- Shows if the automatic reporting of TCAs is enabled or
disabled.
BER - Shows the provisioned bit error rate; for example, -9 is 10

the QH bin and Day bin.
CV-L - Shows the number of line code violations reported during the
specified time that exceeded the BER setting.
ES-L - Shows the provisioned number of line errored seconds for the
QH bin and the Day bin that will cause a TCA.
SES-L - Shows the provisioned number of line severely errored
seconds for the QH bin and the Day bin that will cause a TCA.
UAS-L - Shows the provisioned number of unavailable seconds for the
QH bin and the Day bin that will cause a TCA.
