The report shows the current performance-monitoring threshold crossing alert
(TCA) values for the transmitter and receiver optics. This report is not available at
the repeater site.
Address - Shows the specific optical line.
Bin - Shows the quarter-hour (QH) and day bins.
TCA Report - Shows if the automatic reporting of TCAs is enabled or
disabled.
