Choices Available at the Main Menu
Buttons
Functions
Home
Machine
Touch the Home Machine button to select the Home Machine
menu, the location at which the machine is homed and the
chucks and probes are referenced.
Grind Cycle
Touch the Grind Cycle button to select the Grind Cycle
(automatic grind) menu, the screen at which automatic wafer
grinding cycles are run.
Edit Recipes
Touch the Edit Recipes button to display the Wafer Recipes
menu at which you may select and edit wafer recipes or select the
Wheel and Chuck Recipes menu.
Dress Cycle
Touch the Dress Cycle button to select the Dress Cycle
(automatic dress) menu, the screen at which automatic cycles for
truing and dressing the work chucks and grind wheels are run.
Machine
Maint
Touch the Machine Maint button to select the Machine
Maintenance menu, at which you may move machine
components independently during maintenance and calibration
procedures or select other machine maintenance menus.
Grind Data
Reserved for future development.
