WHEEL AND CHUCK RECIPES MENU
The truing and dressing recipes for the coarse and fine grind wheels and left and right
work chucks are entered, edited, and stored at the Wheel and Chuck Recipes menu.
Based upon a spreadsheet model somewhat similar to that of the Wafer Recipes menu,
the Wheel and Chuck Recipes menu has two sets of rows and columns, one for
dressing and one for truing parameter values.
Follow the procedure below to display the Wheel and Chuck Recipes menu:
Operator Action Explanation/Screen Display
1. Edit Recipes At the Main Menu screen, touch the "Edit Recipes"
button to select the Wafer Recipes menu.
The screen displays the Wafer Recipes menu.
2. Wheel or At the Wafer Recipes menu screen,
Chuck touch the "Wheel & Chuck Recipes"
Recipe button to select a Wheel or Chuck Recipe.
The screen displays the “….. ….. Recipe”menu below.
