DISPLAY THE DRESS CYCLE MENU
Operator Action Explanation/Screen Display
1. Clear wafers. Clear all wafers from the machine.
2. Dress Cycle At the Main Menu, touch the "Dress Cycle"
button to select the Dress Cycle menu.
The screen displays the (automatic) Dress Cycle menu, shown below.

The icons (images) displayed at the left side of the Dress Cycle menu represent the
machine subassemblies.
The appearance of information windows and buttons may change at appropriate times
during the cycle to reflect available choices and current status.
