3. Wheel & On the Select Recipe dialog box, choose the Coarse or
Chuck Fine Wheel or Work Chuck button to select from
Recipes the Wheel and Chuck Recipes menus (or touch Cancel).
The screen displays the recipe menu (sample below).

Wheel and Chuck Truing and Dressing - Target Removal Goal
For wheel and chuck dressing and truing, the 7AF removes a specified target
amount (in microns) of material from the chuck or grind wheel. The truing and
dressing of wheel and chucks is gauged by removal amount, rather than by thickness
(as with gauging wafer thickness for wafer grinding) of the wheel or chuck because
the thickness of the wheel or chuck is unknown at the onset of the truing/dressing
process.
