5.13 Limits Monitoring
The 7AF provides the means to allow the Host to assign value limits for certain polish related Status Variables, and then
monitors the actual values and signals events to the Host when a host-define threshold is crossed.
The sample rate of the Limits Monitoring is controlled by the Equipment Constant GemLimitsDelay, VID 142.
