WAFER RECIPES MENU
The Wafer Recipes menu, at which grind parameters for up to 12 grind recipes may be
entered, changed, and saved, is based upon a spreadsheet model, with two sets of rows
and columns displaying coarse and fine grind parameter values in cells.
Note that the Wheel and Chuck Recipes menu is also selected at the Wafer Recipes
menu.
Follow the procedure below to display the Wafer Recipes menu:
Operator Action Explanation/Screen Display
• Edit Recipes At the Main Menu screen, touch the "Edit Recipes"
button to select the Wafer Recipes menu.
The screen displays the Wafer Recipes menu, shown
below.
