To verify that the safety interlock is functional, follow these steps.
1. Turn on the servo motors for all robot axes (SVON command).
2. Verify that the axes are locked by manually pushing the robot. The
robot should not move.
3. Activate the safety interlock by opening a panel or door, or by
triggering a presence-sensing device.
4. Manually push the robot. If the robot can move freely, the safety
interlock is functional.
