MANUAL MOVEMENT OF THE BRIDGE WITH MACHINE POWER OFF
To manually move the bridge (for example, to make room for the level on the work
chuck mounting plates):
CAUTION: Always confirm that the digital probes are in up position before
moving the bridge to avoid breaking them off!
1. Open door 16, located at the right side of the grind section.
2. Locate the bridge sprocket inside its white cover, just inside door 16.
3. Reach inside the sprocket cover and rotate the sprocket clockwise or
counterclockwise as needed to move the bridge and position the coarse
and fine spindles.
