9. Using a 1 1/8-in. open end wrench, rotate the 3/4-10 center adjusting bolt as
needed to meet the goal:
GOAL: The reading of the level should be centered within the
level's marks.
Notes: Rotating the adjusting screw clockwise raises the front of the
bridge.
Rotating the adjusting screw counterclockwise lowers the front
of the bridge.
10. When the goal is met, retighten the lock nuts by rotating them clockwise.
RECHECK BOTH LEVELING ADJUSTMENTS
11. Recheck the side to side adjustment by repeating Steps 2., 3., and 4., above in
this section.
If needed, repeat the side to side adjustment until the goal is met.
12. Recheck the front to rear adjustment by repeating Step 5., above in this
section.
If needed, repeat the front to rear adjustment until the front to rear leveling
goal is met.
13. When both goals are met, go on to Level the Lower Right and Left Spindle
Assemblies, immediately below.
