II. LEVEL THE ROBOT
NOTICE! WHENEVER THE ROBOT OR THE ROBOT END EFFECTOR
IS LEVELED, THE THREE PROCEDURES LISTED BELOW
MUST BE PERFORMED ALSO:
• Align the Pre-Aligner with the Robot
• Align the Spin-Rinse Station with the Robot
• Level the Four Cassette Platforms
Tools Required
• circular bubble level
• 3/16-in. hex key
• 1/8-in. hex key
Procedure
1. Place a circular bubble level centered on top of the robot shoulder.
2. Read the level.
GOAL: The reading of the level (the bubble) should be centered
within the level's circle.
