Procedure for Setting Pressure:
1. Before you begin:
a. Following the procedures found in the Basic Operation section of the
Operator Functions chapter of this manual, power up and home the
machine.
b. Move the monitor to a position such that the screen may be viewed from
the left side of the machine.
2. Display the Machine Maintenance menu:
Touch to Select Explanation/Screen Display
• Machine Maint At the Main Menu screen, touch the "Machine
Maint" button to select the Machine
Maintenance menu.
Displays:

3. Rotate the valve, located at the Door 14 Panel, labeled "Coarse Spindle" as
needed to produce .25 GPM.
(Fine Spindle Cooling Water: .25 GPM)
(Left Work Chuck Spindle Cooling Water: .1 GPM)
(Right Work Chuck Spindle Cooling Water: .1 GPM)
