OPERATION
Data collection is automatic. Files grow until they are either moved to floppy diskette
and purged from the hard disk or until they grow too large. When files reach about
900K, the software erases the file and begins a new one. A file size of 900K stores
approximately 6000 wafers of data.
To move data to floppy diskette:
1. Format two high density diskettes, one for coarse grind data and one for fine.
2. At the Grind Data screen, touch the Save button to begin the process.
3. Insert a diskette in the control computer’s floppy drive.
4. Touch OK to continue.
