The Front Emergency Off Button (10) is an emergency off switch, used for instantly
stopping all machine motion and turning off control power at any time.
The Control Panel (7) and Monitor (6), are described in detail later in this chapter.
Doors 1, 2 , 3, and 4, (1) (2) (3) (4), provide access to the Send 1, Send 2, Receive 2,
and Receive 1, respectively, cassette turrets.
The front of the grind chamber is accessed through Door 11 (11).
Door 8 (8) provides access to the servo input/outputs, the encoder cables for the eight
axes, and the control computer.
The pre-aligner and robot controller are accessed through Door 9 (9).
All doors must be closed in order for the machine to respond when the Cycle
Start push button is depressed during an auto grind cycle.
