Access to the variable frequency drive and the DC servo amplifiers is through Door 18
(1).
Door 19 (2) provides access to the upper spindles.
Door 20 (3) provides access to the main circuit breaker, the power distribution circuit
breakers, the 5VDC power supply, the +/-15VDC power supply, the 24VDC power
supply, the 2KVA 110VAC step-down transformer, the main contactor, and the 24VAC
interlock transformer.
Door 20 must be completely closed to permit proper operation of the main machine
circuit breaker disconnect enclosure door handle (5). The door handle rotates
counterclockwise to latch the service door and enable the main power supply circuit
breaker.
The digital and analog input and output modules are accessed through Door 21 (4).
For further information on utilities connections, refer to the Installation chapter of this
manual.
The Rear Emergency Off Button (not called out in Figure 3-4) is provided for
immediate stopping of all machine motion and turning off of control power.
