At the Output Control/Input Status menu you may force outputs on and off for the
chuck conditioners, work chucks, pre-aligner, robot, and
spin-rinse station. In addition, the cassette turrets may be rotated, and the railing
systems may be lubricated. For further information on the Output Control/Input
Status menu, refer to the Software Calibration chapter of this manual.
