When to Calibrate
Header Calibration: The header is calibrated
at the factory and should be recalibrated
ONLY if the LC1 controller is replaced.
Cleaning Fan Damper Calibration: The
cleaning fan is calibrated at the factory and
should be recalibrated ONLY if the LC1
controller is replaced.
Elevator Fan Damper Calibration: The
elevator fan damper is calibrated at the
factory and should be recalibrated ONLY if
the LC2 controller or engine fan damper
actuator is replaced.
Feeder House Speed Calibration: The
elevator house speed
is calibrated at the
factory and should be recalibrated ONLY if
the LC1 controller is replaced.
Error Codes
If the calibration error codes appear while you
are calibrating the machine, refer to Chapter
22, Diagnostic Codes, for more information.
NOTE! If an error code occurs during
calibration, the code will show on the
CommandCenter display. Conditions
causing the error must be corrected before
continuing calibration.
