1. Clean the combine inside and out.
2. Cycle the
several times to prevent material buildup in
the concave area.
3. Repaint the areas needed.
4. Loosen all drive belts to avoid belt stretch
or damage.
5.
Lubricate combine and grease adjusting
bolt threads.
6. Perform all 400 hour (yearly) service.
7. Fill the fuel tank to prevent condensation.
8. If combine is to be stored for a long period
of time, disconnect cables from batteries.
IMPORTANT! Do NOT use a high-
pressure washer spray directly on
bearings. High pressure water can get
past most seals and cause damage. Dry
these areas, then lube and drain combine.
NOTE! It is not necessary to wax your
combine. However, if desired, use a good
clear wax that contains no abrasives.
These types of waxes usually do not
contain cleaners.
