Clean outside of engine with a safe
solvent.
2. Clean inside of air cleaner and install new
elements (top photo).
3. With engine warm, drain crankcase
(middle photo).
4. Replace the filter and fill with correct oil.
5. Add 0.66L (22oz) of corrosion inhibitor to
crankcase. Run the engine to circulate.
6. Drain, flush, and refill cooling system with
50/50 mixture of antifreeze and water.
Run the engine to circulate.
7. Charge batteries completely. The specific
gravity will equal 1.260 volts.
8. Remove the negative lead to the batteries
to minimize the load to the batteries
(bottom photo).
Do NOT use gasoline.
