Battery Charging
Keep the batteries fully charged, especially
during cold weather.
fully charged, above 12.50 volts, can result in
reduced battery life.
1.
Determine which battery needs to be
charged.
2.
Disconnect both battery cables and
connect the charger positive cable to the
positive (+) terminal and the charger
negative cable to the negative (-) terminal.
3. Follow instructions provided with the
charger. Always charge batteries with a
12-volt charger.
NEVER charge a frozen battery. Thaw at
room temperature before connecting to the
battery charger. ONLY charge batteries in
a well-ventilated area. Disconnect both
cables from the battery terminals when you
charge batteries in the combine.
IMPORTANT! If batteries are not fully
charged, the electrolyte may freeze.
