Operator’s Station 9980 Self-Propelled Peanut Combine
(A) Left turn signal indicator light: shows the
operator that a left turn is planned.
(B) Right turn signal indicator light: shows the
operator a right turn is planned.
(C) Starter Switch: allows the key switch to be
turned to:
First position – OFF
Second position – Accessories
Third position – Run
Fourth position – Start
(D) Steering column vertical adjustment: used
to adjust the steering column up or down.
Loosen the hub and push or pull the wheel to
position. Slightly tighten the hub to hold
(E) Horn
: used to warn bystanders to stay
clear.
(F) Steering column horizontal adjustment
:
used to move the steering column with the
pedal to the desired location.
Press the pedal to release the lock on the
steering column and move the column to the
desired position. The column locks into place
when the pedal is released.
(G) Turn signal switch: used to indicate a left-
or right-hand turn.
A – Left turn signal indicator
B – Right turn signal indicator
C – Starter switch
D – Steering column vertical adjustment
E – Horn
F – Steering column horizontal adjustment
G – Turn signal switch
Adjust the steering wheel only when the
machine is stopped.
Adjust the column only when the machine
is stopped. Do NOT step on the pedal
without holding the steering wheel.
