1. Start the engine and run 3 to 5 minutes at
low idle if the machine had not been
previously operating.

hut OFF engine.

lose fuel shut off at bottom of fuel tank.

Thoroughly clean exterior of filter
elements and filter mounting areas.
High-pressure fluid remaining in fuel lines
can cause serious injury. Only technicians
familiar with this type of system should
perform repairs. Before disconnecting fuel
lines, sensors, or any other components
between the high-pressure fuel pump and
nozzles on engines with High Pressure
Common Rail (HPCR) fuel system, wait a
minimum of 15 minutes after the engine is
stopped.
NOTE! Change the primary fuel/water
separator filter and secondary fuel filters,
if performance decline is noticed or if ECU
94.17 and 1347.07 diagnostic codes
appear on the CommandCenter display.
Reset the code after replacing filters.
