Push ladder up and then pull down into place
until it latches.
Engine Access Covers
Open the latch and pull the shield out to
access the engine.
Cleaning Engine
Compartment
It is important that you keep dirt, oil and vines
out of the engine compartment, as these items
present a fire hazard.
Check and clean this
area frequently.
CAUTION
Do NOT clean the engine or engine
compartment with the engine running.
CAUTION
Before climbing into the engine
compartment,
shut engine OFF, set the
parking brake, remove the key.
CAUTION
Do NOT operate combine without shield in
place. ALWAYS make sure engine is shut
off, parking brake set, and key out of
ignition before opening any shield.
