Changing Tire Radius
If the tires or final drives are changed from
what originally shipped from the factor, it is
necessary to recalibrate the system. To so,
make sure that the correct tire code is entered
into the system memory. This is done by
changing a machine setting. Contact your
AMADAS/John Deere dealer to make this
change.
IMPORTANT! When drive wheels are
changed, the tire radius may also change.
If
so the CAT controller must be adjusted
to the new tire radius. See your
AMADAS/John Deere dealer for further
information on changing tire codes.
Failure to recalibrate the system will result
in inaccurate Harvest Monitor Yields.
