Check tires daily for damage or noticeably low
pressure. Refer to
Chapter 18,
Ground Drive and Rear Axle
Service.
Every 50
hours of operation, check the tire
pressure. If the tires contain liquid ballast, use
a special air-
water gauge and measure with
valve stem in bottom.
After the combine has been stored for a long
time, bleed the fuel system
Chapter 15, Engine).
Also be sure to grease the machine and
header (see Chapter 20, Lubrication and
Maintenance).
