(PIN) of the unit, as well as the individual
component identification numbers for
engines, axles, pumps, etc.

Include the PINs on all documentation,
such as insurance, financial, and warranty
papers.
Keep Proof of Ownership

Take color photographs from several
angles of each machine.
• Maintain an up-to-
date inventory of all
your machines.

Keep your documented identification
numbers, color photographs, and
inventory in a safe, secure location.
