Fuel Tank Breather
Visually inspect the fuel tank breather weekly
(see photo). Do not allow excessive amounts
of chaff or debris to collect on top of the
breather. If the breather is covered with
debris, it will not allow the fuel tank to breathe.
Remove the breather from the hose and
clean.

CAUTION
Dirt, oil, chaff, and crop debris in the
engine compartment and on the engine is
a fire hazard. Direction of wind, type of
crop and its moisture content can all have
an effect on where and how much chaff
and debris accumulate. Check and clean
the area frequently. Do NOT clean engine
or engine compartment with engine
running.
