Seat Operation
Vertical Shock Dampener Control (A) limits
the amount of “upward motion” the seat
suspension provides.
Push the control forward for a softer ride or
move handle back for a firmer ride. For
medium firmness, move the control to the
middle.
Height Adjustment Handle (B)
raises or
lowers the seat.
To raise the seat, pull up on the handle. To
lower the seat, push down on the handle.
Fore/Aft Adjustment Handle (C) slides the
seat forward or rearward for the best working
position.
Seat Bottom Tilt Control Handle (D) raises
or lowers the seat cushion for the best
working position.
Fore/Aft Attenuator Lock-Out Handle (E)
locks out or releases forward or rearward
movements.
Pull up on the handle to lock or push down on
the handle to release.
Seat Bottom Fore/Aft Adjustment Handle (F)
moves the seat bottom forward or rearward
for the best working position.

NOTE! Suspension can be adjusted to
reach limits in minimum and maximum
heights, which is effect locks out the
suspension system making it rigid.
Suspension height control will also hit
limits if adjusted too close to the extremes.
NOTE! If the seat does not float or “pump”
up, see your AMADAS/John Deere Dealer.
NOTE! The seat is equipped with an
operator’s presence system. The machine
shuts off automatically when the operator
leaves the seat.
