Change or clean fresh air filter (Part#
AH115833):
a. Loosen the knob
b. Remove the door.
c. Empty the tray.
d. Remove the wing nut and slide the filter
out.
e. Clean or replace filter.
NOTE! This filter may require cleaning
sooner in very duty conditions. Clean filter
in the same manner as the engine primary
filter (see Chapter 15, Engine,
Check the engine gear case with the
engine turned off. The oil must not be
below mark on the dipstick.
Blow compressed air from the radiator,
charge air
cooler, oil cooler, and
condenser core. Check areas for chaff
buildup and clean if necessary.
Check primary jackshaft gear case oil
level. Oil must be within ¼” of full level.
Lube gear case output shaft.
Check the fuel system water separator for
water. Loosen plug and drain.
