a) CAS2 installed on the belt drive side of the engine with engine harness revision
AC.1 or lower
If the CAS2 sensor is installed as shown in Fig. 71 - 77 and the engine harness is E4A(B)-95-000-
000 revision AC.1 or lower, do the instructions in this section.

Install the branch of the CAS2 wire.
Refer to Fig. 71 - 78.
(2)
Connect the pigtail of CAS 2 and BPA to the
CAS 2 mounting screw.
(3)
Tighten the CAS 2 mounting screw.
Torque 12 Nm.
(4)
Make sure there is sufficient distance
between the harness and turbocharger.
min 25 mm
(5)
Attach the branch of BPA and CAS 2 to the
BPA bracket.
Use the edge clip [06] and 2 cable ties
[05]
