Remove the isolation at the end of
each single wire of the engine harness
and the repair kit cable E4A-90-R18-
000.

Put the isolation sleeve of the inline
crimp over the single wire of the
engine harness.
Put the splice crimp at the end of each
single wire of the repair kit cable E4A-
90-R18-000.
(7)
Connect the single wires of the engine
harness with the repair kit cable E4A-
90-R18-000.
Use the inline crimp.
Make sure that the pin connection is
correct.

Put the isolation sleeve of the inline
crimp over the inline crimp sleeve.
Apply heat to the isolation sleeve until
the isolation sleeve seals the splice
crimps and the single wires.
Use a hot air gun (300°C – 350°C).
