Auto Print Error Mail
Select whether the error e-mail resulting from an incorrect address, or transmission
error should be automatically printed.
Note • The job for printing error e-mail is displayed as error on the [Job Status] screen and a job
history report even when the job has been complete successfully.
Response to Read Receipts (MDN)
When an iFax requesting read status (MDN) is received, set whether or not to respond.

Do not respond.
îš„On
Automatically notify that the e-mail has been opened.
Read Receipts (MDN)
When an e-mail is sent from the machine, select whether to require the recipient to
return the read status.
Note • This item does not apply to the iFax feature.
îš„Off
The read receipts (MDN) feature cannot be used.
îš„On
All users are permitted to use the read receipts (MDN) feature.
Auto Print Delivery Confirmation Mail
Select whether to automatically print transmission result e-mails (DSN response/MDN
response).
îš„Off
Transmission result e-mail are not printed.
îš„On
Transmission result e-mail are automatically printed regardless of success or failure of
the transmission.
îš„Print when delivery fails
Prints only when the transmission failed.
