The received one-page
document is split into
multiple pages.
Cause When scanned on the sender's machine, the document is
enlarged for some reason.
No Action This machine can process such a document by the Auto%
Receiving feature and a page split threshold value.
According to the setting combination, the received
document is printed as follows.
Refer to "Border Limit" (P.316) and "Auto Reduce on Receipt"
(P.316).
Although the mailbox
selector feature is used,
the received document is
not stored in the selected
mailbox but printed.
Cause An unregistered mailbox has been selected using the
mailbox selector feature.
Action Select a registered mailbox using the mailbox selector
feature. Selecting an unregistered mailbox does not store
received documents into the mailbox but prints them
automatically.

"Mailbox" (P.336). For details on how to set the mailbox
selector feature, refer to "File Destination/Output Destination"
(P.318).
