parameter error occurred, an undefined command was
used, or a PDF file was damaged.
[Remedy] Print using the print driver.

O [Cause] Unable to process the PDF Bridge due to insufficient hard
disk space.
[Remedy] Change [Print Mode] from [High Image Quality] to
[Normal], or from [Normal] to [High Speed]. Or, remove
unnecessary data from the hard disk to increase free disk
space.

O [Cause] The entered password does not agree with the password
of the PDF file.
[Remedy] Set the correct password in ContentsBridge.

O [Cause] Attempted to process a print protected PDF file.
[Remedy] Cancel the print protection using Adobe Reader, and try
to print again.
