15. Was the circuit pack just replaced a TG3 circuit pack?
If YES, then continue with Step 16.
If NO, then continue with Step 22.
16. At the CIT, select FAULT-Switch-Synchronization-Hardware com-
mand for the circuit pack just replaced and execute a switch reset. Use the
FAULT-Retrieve-State:TG command to verify, if desired.
17. Is the FAULT LED lighted on the replacement circuit pack?
If YES, then continue with Step 18.
If NO, then continue with Step 20.
18. At the CIT, select CONFIGURATION-Retrieve-Synchronization and
obtain a Synchronization Report.
19. From the report, is the associated TG3-1/TG3-2 Clock Range Status at or near
+110 percent or −110 percent.
If YES, then issue a trouble report stating an out-of-range external timing
reference.
If NO, then go to TAP-116.
20. Replace the shelf cover.

21. Is the NE ACTY LED lighted at the user panel.
If YES, then go to Trouble Clearing: IXL-001.
If NO, then STOP! YOU HAVE COMPLETED THIS PROCEDURE.
22. Is the FAULT LED lighted on the replacement circuit pack?
If YES, then go to TAP-116.
If NO, then continue with Step 23.
23. Replace the shelf cover.

24. Is the NE ACTY LED lighted at the user panel.
If YES, then go to Trouble Clearing: IXL-001.
If NO, then STOP! YOU HAVE COMPLETED THIS PROCEDURE.
