10. Is a second replacement SYSMEM circuit pack available?
If YES, then continue with Step 11.
If NO, then continue with Step 13.
11. Replace the SYSMEM circuit pack with the second replacement SYSMEM cir-
cuit pack (loaded with an exact copy of the software identified in Step 2).

12. Is the FAULT LED flashing on the SYSMEM circuit pack?
If YES, then go to TAP-102.
If NO, then continue with Step 15.
13. Reinstall the original SYSMEM circuit pack.

14. Install new software (same release as currently running in the SYSCTL circuit
pack.)
Reference: Operation: NTP-002.
15. Replace the shelf cover.
Reference: DLP-511
16. Is the NE ACTY LED lighted at the user panel?
If YES, then go to Trouble Clearing: IXL-001.
If NO, then STOP! YOU HAVE COMPLETED THIS PROCEDURE.
